Raised in San Jose, Yung graduated from UCLA and then worked for a global missions agency, Partners International. During that time, he met and married his wife Christy and together have experienced the great joys (and challenges) of raising 4 children as disciples of Christ. He graduated from Fuller Seminary (M. Div., Cross-cultural Studies), has pastored in various intercultural ministry contexts, and church-planted in Southern California, and now he's excited to plant this Christ-centered church right here in his hometown. Yung has been pastoring since 1995 and has been serving the congregation that became REVIVE since 2015. He enjoys sports, good food, music, boardgames, and inviting people to meet and hang out with Jesus.
